Plant a Tree & Rain Forest Rescue Initiative

Multiteria is committed to supporting our Green initiative and to further the cause, we have partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation  to make a difference in the world.  For every Essence Green Choice Series Counter purchased, we will donate money in your name and save 2,500 square feet of Rain Forest to support the Rain Forest Resque Program.  Tropical rain forests exist in a belt ranging from the Tropic of Cancer to the Tropic of Capricorn around the earth’s equator. Rain forests cover only 2% of the Earth’s surface, yet they provide habitat and nutritional support for almost half of the Earth’s known living species.  Scientists have identified 3,000 plants that grow in the rain forest as having anti-cancer properties… and 70% of those plants are found ONLY in the rain forest. 

Additionally, we will plant one tree for each Essence Counter purchased to further our committed to restoring America’s National Forests so that future generations can enjoy their benefits. We support the Trees for America Program and have committed to planting one tree in a damaged forest to assist in restoring the forest to a healthy state.  The trees will grow to provide habitat and food for wildlife, restore beauty to the landscape, clean rivers and streams, and provide enjoyment for recreational activities like camping, hiking, and fishing for future generations.
